Wipe it clean
Clear all your personal data from your handset but make sure you don't clear your SIM card. If you're not sure how read our faqs .

Save your SIM
Flip the back off of your phone and remove the SIM card. It's the little plastic card that usually sits under the battery. Keep this somewhere safe or pop it in your new phone.

Handover the handset
Pop your phone and charger into a padded envelope and send to
