Well, as usual, things are busy here at the Global Cool offices, our cause never sleeps, and it feels like we don’t either sometimes!
We thought we’d just take you through some of the awesome new stuff we’ve got on the new site to make sure you’re getting the most of it. A good place to start is probably with our re-vamped and invigorated community section.
Alongside the great blog we’ve got going here, which we hope will keep you updated with some of the ins-and-outs of working for a green charity; we’ve added a few more great sections. There’s the board, which is there for you to chat with us and our other community members on the most pertinent global environmental issues, or simply whether or not you wash your clothes after a single wear!
We have our Recycle Runway competition, which if you enter you can win tickets to our London Fashion Week swishing event. Learn more about the whole thing by looking at the Recycle Runway widget.
Then we’ve got our video section, this has videos from the past and present, from all of our celebrity friends from The Killers to Amy Smart and loads in between. We’ll also be adding to this section in the future as we get up to more fun things and talk to more bands and celebrities to get their take on the climate change.
And there are loads more sections, our Action page gives you tips to save cash and the environment, our news page gives you the latest news on environmental issues. Our campaign page lets you know what we’re up to right now, and the about page, that well, speaks for itself really!
