A simple question right? Well, we’ve been asked a few times by people we’ve been working with and talking to, how easy do you make it for people? “Well,” we begin with a smile, “it’s so simple there’s nothing stopping you from doing it!”
See, as part of our activity to help you reduce your carbon footprint, we’re encouraging you to recycle your old mobile phone, and here’s how you do it:
1. Clear all your data, we’ve got a how to guide in our FAQ’s
2. Take your sim card out
3. Pop it in a padded envelope, with your charger, labelled ‘FREEPOST GLOBAL COOL’
And there’s even an alternative, if you haven’t got an envelope in the house, if you’re in town and see a Vodafone store, go in and there’ll be a box in there you can drop it in and the rest is taken care of for you.
And that is it. That is literally it. If it could get any simpler, I’m not sure how really. So, if you’ve got old mobile phones knocking around the house recycle them! If you’re just about to grab yourself a new one, why not recycle the one you’ve got now?
