As previously reported on Global Cool London based electronica trio ReCoup have produced the artwork for their latest single, ‘Remind You’, using recycled crisp packets. However, this innovative energy saving marketing ruse has not gone down so well with the regulators of the British charts.

With the news that Al Gore’s ‘An Inconvenient Truth’ scooped two Oscars at Sunday evening’s 79th Academy Awards, Environment Secretary David Miliband attended a special screening of the movie in London last night, followed by a Q&A session as part of Friends of the Earth’s ‘Big Ask’ campaign.

Last night Global Cool attended a star-studded pre-Oscar bash in Los Angeles. The event, the 3rd Annual Global Green Pre-Oscar Party, attracted some of Hollywood’s biggest green-thinking stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Penelope Cruz, Orlando Bloom and multi-million selling singer James Blunt.
