This summer Global Cool traversed the length and breadth of the country to show off the countless benefits of taking public transport over car travel.
Practising what we preached, we took a bus to several big summer festivals. OK, so it was our own bus – but as well as imparting information on how you could get the best out of the nation’s train, bus and tube network we also met loads of great artists who told us of their inspiring journeys on public transport.
