He’s the barefooted, piano playing Aussie comedian best known for his musical comedy shows.

Tim has written the music and lyrics for the musical version of Matilda which opens in November in Stratford-upon-Avon.
So he’s a cool guy, but why is he a Global Cool guy?
Tim talks about the environment as part of his show, and has even written a song called Canvas Bags with the message that we should use less plastic bags when we go shopping.
This is a message that the people of San Francisco will agree with, as the city banned the use of plastic bags in supermarkets and drug stores in 2007. There are now plans to have a total ban on plastic bags in the city.
