We’ve never managed to pick a favourite out of our mates McFly, but Dougie Poynter came out as the front runner this week. The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here winner tweeted his support for WWF on Sunday morning by offering to donate a whole load of money to them if he could get enough followers. We salute his efforts and (was he here) we’d plant a big smacker on his cheek.

If you managed to catch any of the Tour de France this year we’re sure you’d like to join us in giving Bradley Wiggins a massive pat on the back. Global Cool are so excited to see what he has to give at London 2012and we’re pretty sure we can see gold on the horizon. The cycling hero said:

“A year ago when I was beaten at the worlds by quite a way, I thought, ‘Now I’m probably just going to get a medal at the Olympics. But 12 months on I’ve certainly closed the gap now if not surpassed it. It’s going to be another tough race but there’s a very realistic chance of gold.”

We love that he’s promoting cycling – something we adore. Now if only we could grow a decent pair of sideburns…

Avoid
We’re guessing you probably have no idea who the King of Spain is but just to fill you in his name is  King Juan Carlos and he’s pictured next to the lady in red on the right. He’s getting the shoe horn of avoidance from us this week after it came to light that he’s into hunting: elephant hunting. The WWF have revoked his honarary presidency (though why he had it for so long we’re not entirely sure). Don’t worry Dumbo – we got your back!
