“I always find it very difficult to choose one book. However, when I was young my favourite books were the Famous Five stories by Enid Blyton.
“As a child, I loved the crisp writing style, the sense of adventure in the stories and the fact that the Five always seemed to be eating! Re-reading the books now with my own two boys, I am fascinated by their view of the writing style and the way the books immediately transport me back to my own childhood.”
