How to get abs like Frankie from The Saturdays

We don’t know about you but we were pretty impressed by Frankie Sandford’s rock hard abs on stage at V Festival this weekend (we even put down our slice of pizza for a moment). Check out all our tips to get a toned tummy like Frankie from The Saturdays…


AsparagusGet some greens down you
The easiest way to get a flat tummy and keep bloating down is by drinking enough water each day (we’d recommend tap water). Another quick fix is organic asparagus. It contains lots of folate, iron and thiamine which are all very good for you and reduce bloating. Asparagus is also virtually fat-free and by picking organic you’ll know it’s only good things going in your tummy.


Hold it in
This one seems pretty obvious, but by holding in your stomach it can really help tone your belly. And until you have reached toned perfection, sucking it in will streamline your silhouette.


DancingDance it off
With gym prices on the rise no-one wants to have to pay an arm and a leg to exercise. Any type of rigorous exercise is great to burn off those calories! Dancing is particularly good for your waist and can burn about 400-500 calories per hour.


Stand up straight
You may not realise it but good posture is one of the easiest ways to belly flat. By standing up straight you’re keeping your stomach muscles taut which, in time, will become stronger.
