It’s a great example of how something can be pretty and sexy at the same time. Saumarez reccomends wearing it with the matching knickers and bright red nail varnish for movie star glamour. We think you could step it up a notch even further by donning the red liptick too, and leaving those locks down and tousled.

We adore the Versailles range from Chantelle, Paris, especially, the plunge effect bodice. The entire selection is the epitome of “Boudoir Chic”. The rich fabrics are broken up with delicate lace embroidery and hand-stitched detailing. The range consists of an underwired two-part bra which creates a sleek enveloping effect.

We’ve loved the Charini range since we met the creator at London Fashion Week last year. Their Spring/Summer 2012 collection is just stunning, including this hand woven pure silk soft cup bra with mesh back and criss cross front opening. All the lace trimming and silk panels are hand made, and we adore the tie up detail at the front.
