How to be like the Old Spice guy without needing a horse… or even having to wear crappy Old Spice!

on in Fashion, Stuff

The online duel between two muscley men fighting for the title of ultimate Old Spice guy just got serious. Fabio (pictured) has challenged the former Old Spice Guy Isaiah Mustafa to an internet battle using votes, likes and tweets on Youtube, Facebook and Twitter. Whilst we’re fans of the comedic adverts, we’re not all that hot on the product (Old Spice? What is this, 1986?), so helpfully we’ve found some aftershave alternatives so that the loser can endorse a product that is a little less toxic next time he’s on a horse…

This Jojoba and Calendula Aftershave Oil from Love-Eco is completely organic and only £12. It contains natural ingredients to soothe, calm and moisturise the skin after shaving. It also is packed full of great essential oils like Cypress, Bergamot, Palmerosa and Vetiver.

We adore this Flint Edge Aftershave Balm from Revital. Stay away from those nasty chemicals with this light, creamy balm, rich in essential oils. The balm helps to compensate for the damage shaving can do to your skin. It’s super cheap too at only £12.25, so you’ll have plenty of money to buy your own diamonds.

Thanks to Weleda Aftershave Balm you can have the sort of face girls want to kiss. Full of cooling aloe vera gel and jojoba oil, and for only £12.95, it will keep you cool on all your boating adventures. The balm is a much gentler alternative containing natural oils and waxes to sustain the skin’s natural oils.

And here’s the original Old Spice video again just because we love it…
