Because you can’t read a book when you’re holding a steering wheel…
When we say JK Rowling we’re sure it conjurs up images of dualing wizards, under-the-stairs-cubby-holes and Daniel Radcliffe sporting a pair of John Lennon glasses. But the Harry Potter creator seems to want to leave a legacy beyond the wizarding world.
Rowling has released her newest literary offering, The Casual Vacancy which is on shelves now and is a far cry from the adventures of Harry, Ron and Hermione.
The new novel begins at the sudden death of parish council member Barry Fairbrother and follows the aftermath.

Don’t expect any Potter style warm and mushy moments either. This is a dark tale of rape, suicide, heroin addiction, domestic abuse, cemetry sex and disconcerting violence (with a few lashings of humour along the way to lighten the mood).
If you fancy bulking up your book collection and getting a free copy courtesy of Waterstones, you’re in for a treat…

Here comes the science bit…
GC articles show you one of four ways (the one in bold) to live greener…
/ Be a winner (not a binner) /
/ Turn up the style (not the heat) /
/ Love the trend (not the spend) /
/ Do it in public (not the car/plane) /
