Etsy and The Crafternoon Tea Club have teamed up to help you get rid of your clutter in exchange for some Christmas presents. On December 8 they’re launching the Gift swapping and re-gifting Christmas Spesh - a drop-in pop-up party where you can swap a few unwanted bits for some new treasures.
There will be games, crafts, DJs and fully-stocked gift wrap stations to get all your wrapping done. Bring along your unwanted gifts, no-longer-needed things (books and knick-knacks), or homemade items (from jam to jewellery), and they can help you re-package and re-gift them. There will also be a selection of free gifts to choose from. The aim is to make people think about all the things they’ve thrown away – all these unwanted articles could have ended up in a landfill, but instead will be given a new lease of life as presents!
