Wheelies are the easiest trick anyone can do on their bike. Maintaining a balance on a wheelie why still riding is not so easy so anyone who can ride on a wheelie for more than a minute has my admiration.
Now doing a wheelie without a front wheel and still maintaining balance and riding through traffic is quite simply breathtaking as the video below shows. It shows a Chinese cyclist wheelieing down the road forkless in quite a bit of traffic. It does lead to the problem of what happens when he stops pedalling, particularly when traffic is heavy.
